We would like to inform you about an important development within our organisation. Easy Repair was recently acquired by BMS. For us, this is a logical and positive next step, allowing us to combine our expertise and strength to continue to provide you with optimal support and further enhance our services in the future. As part of this acquisition, we will be moving to a new location on 9 March 2026:

- Our services will remain unchanged, with a few targeted optimisations to our operations.
From the move date (9/03/2026), our procedure for collecting and delivering faulty appliances will be changed. From now on, all appointments will be made exclusively via the repair request form on our website. You can easily schedule an appointment for collection and/or delivery via this repair request form.
Important:
No collection or delivery can take place without a pre-scheduled appointment.
We will ensure that this transition takes place step by step and as smoothly as possible.
