GENERAL
We have been the Denon authorised repair centre for Belgium and Luxembourg for a number of years now. We can help you with all repairs, both under and out of warranty.
For example: Piccolo, cocoon, ceol, heos,...

 

UNDER WARRANTY REPAIRS

  • Warranty period: 2 years.
  • Denon follows up all under warranty repairs itself.
  • This ensures fast feedback to their R&D department.
  • You request a SNN (Service Notification Number) on their website.
  • Transport for collection is automatically arranged for you.
  • We repair your items in our workshop.
  • We will send you an e-mail notification when your item has been repaired.
  • We return your repaired item or you can collect it yourself.
  • Denon SNN website.

 

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
• Please use the normal DEALER-LOGIN PROCEDURE to register your item for collection/repair.
