GENERAL

inMusic chose us as Denon Professional authorised repair centre for Belgium and Luxembourg. We can help you with all repairs, both under and out of warranty.
For example: tuners, amplifiers, CD players, media players, DN-A300, DN-C620, DN-C200, enz...

 

UNDER WARRANTY REPAIRS
• Warranty period: 2 years.
• As a dealer, you need to request an RMA number from inMusic.
• You do this via e-mail at kundenservice@inmusicbrands.com
• Or by telephone on +49 / 2154 / 812 99 20.
• Please include the following in your e-mail: type, serial number, description of defect.
• Attach a valid proof of warranty to your e-mail.
• As a dealer, you are responsible for transport of the item to SCD.
• You will receive an e-mail notification from us when your item has been repaired.
• After it has been repaired, we return your item free of charge.

 

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
• Please use the normal DEALER-LOGIN PROCEDURE to register your item for collection/repair.
